Jon D'Van is the Founder & Organizer of the Institute for Communications Resources - your global community network for a more connected world. Along with his partners he has developed a resource center platform for syndicating dynamic social media content over the Internet. He is the Co-Organizer of the Cascadian Resource Center  - a regional community network for a green sustainable future and the Ashland Resource Center  - a local community network for the emerging culture.

Jon D'Van was the Sales Manager, Marketing Director and Special Project Manager for Global Business Development Services. He has a deep commitment to renewable energy and sustainable development including raising angel funds for Stirling Energy Systems- - now fully capitalized and building the two largest solar thermal power plants in the world in Southern California. Clients have included various green companies including developing start-ups like The Oregon Green Expo and Ocean Energy Management - harnessing energy from ocean waves, currents and wind.

As an independent contractor John offers his services as a professional business consultant, financial coach, proposal writer, researcher, copywriter, strategic planner, seminar leader and web 2.0 marketing and social media marketing expert.
