I just got back from hyperspace, so forgive me if Im a bit hyper-spacey! I am clear about one thing, though, and thats the state of the Universe. The Universe - God bless it is in tip-top shape, especially considering its age. We should all look this good when were 13 billion going on 14 billion. Once again, the Universe remains ever-changing, same as always, purring in perfection. Youd think that at that age, the Universe would be slowing down, but no - its still expanding. I predict it wont be long before they have to let the photon belt out another notch.

I attended a memorial service for Jose Arguelles in Ashland, Oregon at high noon with thirteen other kin. We honored a great visionary of our time who seeded our consciousness with the law of time and 13 moon calendar. He was the author of many books including "The Mayan Factor," founded the Whole Earth Festival in Davis, California and the 1987 Harmonic Convergence among many other accomplishments.

Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend's home. We share supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.
