I have been witness to a lot of the worlds suffering. I've seen it from the inside, growing up in Camden, NJ. Ive been witness to poverty on five continents. Ive been to 50 or 60 refugee camps, in Asia and Africa - containers of human suffering and misery.So, its safe to say I know a refugee camp when I see one. "Homelessness" is an American euphemism for domestic refugee camps. The statistics on homelessness are chilling. It's one of the many epidemics plaguing America right now. Our cities smolder, while our politicians do less than Nero. (Check this link for information on the disturbing national rise of tent cities, squatter camps.

This tax day while most Oregonians faithfully file their taxes, top banks and corporations will pay nothing while taking bailouts and tax refunds paid for by the rest of us. These expensive subsidies are draining our economy and not creating the benefits promised. What do we get instead? Little investment in jobs, virtually no credit for struggling Oregon businesses and a foreclosure mess that displaces thousands of families, drives down property values for everyone and hurts Oregon's economy.

On March 5, 2012, the Oregon Legislature passed a sweeping series of changes to its trust deed foreclosure law, SB 1552. Once signed by the Governor it will become effective 91 days hence. What follows is a summary of (a) the new mandatory mediation law that, after the effective date, will apply to the non-judicial foreclosure of all residential trust deeds; and (b) some important changes to the existing laws governing judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. Between now and the effective date, the Oregon Attorney Generals office will promulgate rules to implement the mediation program. Until then, all we have for guidance is SB 1552 itself. This summary is for informational purposes only and should not be viewed as legal advice. Those interested in seeing if the new law may apply to their particular situation should consult with their own legal counsel.

For Luxembourg-based MDI, uses Compressed Air to push its engine's pistons and make the car go. The Air Car, called the "Mini CAT" could cost around 365,757 rupees in India or $8,177 US. The Mini CAT which is a simple, light urban car, with a tubular chassis, a body of Fiberglass that is glued not welded and powered by Compressed Air.

Given the arrogance and hubris of modern civilization after the nuclear core meltdown and release of extremely high amounts of dangerous radiation from the cooling rods of the badly damaged Fukishima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant in Japan, a sad realization came loud and clear - humanity is pathologically bent on a path to total species extinction, not only of other living creatures, but of our own human race.
