Find out how to export all of your favourite news feeds from MedWorm into GoogleReader using an OPML file. Feeds can be exported grouped together by medical specialty or by any other MedWorm topic, such as a medical condition.

The MedWorm Rivers of News by specialty have just been improved. You can now view up to the last 2250 items indexed on MedWorm by medical specialty. Click on any specialty in the Publications Directory, then click on the River of News tab and you can scan through the latest data by browsing through the pages. The MedWorm Rivers of News are essential time saving pages enabling all doctors to keep right up to date with the latest publications, news and guidelines in their area of expertise.

It is now possible to add tags (labels) to your favourite MedWorm searches and news feeds, which enables you to create multiple personalised 'Rivers of News'. Check out the new functionality by signing in or registering for a free My MedWorm account, then subscribe to some of your favourite topics in MedWorm using the orange MedWorm button next to the RSS logo, add some tags, and go to your 'My River of News' view to see the results. Watch this space for more tagging functionality coming shortly.

Now you can get the top 20 most popular medical and health articles that have been read via MedWorm or its outgoing RSS feeds, for the past 30 days, for all medical specialties and topics, such as medical conditions. For the first time available, these lists can give you a good indication of what medical and health publications people are really reading on the Internet, due to the thousands of medical feeds that are filtered through MedWorm and the thousands of readers that now receiving their medical updates via MedWorm. This link shows you the top 20 most read items in the Brain Cancers category. Simply navigate to any topic or specialty in MedWorm and then click on the 'Top 20' tab. There is also an RSS feed available for each of the Top 20 lists.

If you have any medical data, such as medical reports or medically related press releases, but don't have an RSS feed for your data, you can now enter your data directly into MedWorm, and MedWorm will automatically create an RSS feed for that data.
