Snatam Kaur's legacy as a teacher, sacred singer, and recording artist are the fruit of a 9-year transcontinental voyage of live performances attended by tens of thousands of devoted fans. She recently graced the pages of Oprah’s “O” magazine and performed for Oprah on her birthday in Maui. Like countless others around the planet Oprah “plays her [music] everyday before meditating”.

Seated center stage, Snatam is an angelic presence, dressed in traditional Sikh attire, bejeweled dress, white turban and veil. She’s a diminutive woman, barely five feet tall, but possessed of a voice that could wrest tears from a stone gargoyle — crystalline and radiant, redolent of the simple yet powerful truth of the heart. Contrary to common thoughts Esalen Massage (EM) it is not a light and fluffy type of body work. EM has wonderful influences by great pioneers such as Ida Rolf, Fritz Pearls the father of Gestalt Therapy, Milton Trager and more. EM honors the body’s innate wisdom to self- organize and heal. No matter where you are in life’s journey, the body-mind-spirit-heart connection is vital to wholeness and wellness. EM invites you into a transformational process of re-connecting to your body, your HOME, to feeling whole and deeply connected to oneself.

EM utilizes long, slow integrative stokes, slower deeper work and detailed attention to the whole body, tensions and resistances release as you sink deeply into your body and out of the mind world, where awareness is invoked to what is going on, on the inside. A very common statement after a EM treatment is “that was so much more a massage."

Lynnea Forderer-Ainsworth has been practicing the Art of Esalen Massage for 18 years. She began her practice 20 years ago while living in Zurich Switzerland and has been teaching classes and workshops in Europe and the US for the same amount of time. She also studied Visionary CranioScaral therapy, Esalen Deep Tissue (born out of Rolfing), Reikii II, Healing Touch , some Ortho-Bionomy and Trigger Point. She is now a Certified Hypnotherapist, RYT Yoga teacher a Certified Chakra Yoga Teacher and an Esalen Massage Teacher.

Also the bestselling book “Living In The Heart”.This entirely new workshop, first introduced by Drunvalo in July 2011, “Awakening the Illuminated Heart” is the result of Drunvalo’s entire life’s understanding of the nature of human consciousness. With this new information, the Mer-Ka-Ba is expanded beyond what the Flower of Life Facilitators were teaching to include the experience of the human heart and the opening of the 3rd Eye and, even more important, the opening of the Single Eye of the Heart, the key to direct experience and creation. The Mer-Ka-Ba activates automatically and effortlessly and becomes permanent immediately, aligned with Mother Earth and her coming changes.
